My path has taken me across consulting, training and project management, in Switzerland and internationally.

I have built expertise that is both technical and managerial: understanding systems, but also the human and organisational stakes that make a transformation succeed — or fail.

Curious and demanding, I keep an active watch so I stay aligned with market developments and with what organisations actually need.
